Occupying the western side of the ground floor space in the Agricultural Building (formerly occupied by Talbot’s) is Oliphant, a bright, whimsical boutique filled with colorful jewelry, fabulous gifts, textiles, furniture, and custom rugs. Oliphant is owned and operated by Cara Hotchkiss, who also designs the jewelry. Ms. Hotchkiss’ designs span the continuum from vintage to contemporary, and every piece is meant to be noticed.
